Monkey’s 1st Annual-Anipals in Bags & Boxes are Pawesome Contest!

R u tired of contests wif too many humans and not enough anipals?  R u tired of contests that are rigged and full of spammers?  R u ready to see your fellow anipals hanging out in bags and boxes?  R u ready to win some cool prizes and have sum fun!

The Idea:

A few weeks ago, after I watched the new Maru video, I was looking at some old pictures and saw dis one wif me in a bag!  Those things make me MOL!  I thoughts, I would love to sees all my anipals getting into troublez wif bags & boxes!  So I tolds humans about dis idea and how I wish there was a way to give something back to my anipals since they been so good to me.  They said maybe we have fun contest in the future, but we too busy right now!  Meow! Humans always too busy!

Around the same time, the humans thought it would be fun to plaster my face on some merchandise and sells it on Zazzle.  They thoughts people mights like Monkey Cat stuff and it would be a way for us to raise a little money for organizations likes the ASPCA.

So the other day they suggested combining the two ideas and having a big contest wif Monkey Cat prizes and treats and funny pictures!  I was so excited about it dat I ran around da house wif big tail for hours!  And wif dat, Monkey’s 1st Annual-Anipals in Bags & Boxes are Pawesome Contest was born!

The Rules:

There are only a few rules really:

-you must be on twitter

-you must be a follower of yours truly on twitter(@Monkey_cat)

-you must be an anipal(no humans, kthx)

-you must be in a box or bag

-you must like winning cool prizes

-you must have fun!

Submissions:

I will be accepting submission from now until Noon PST(3PM EST) June 6!  1 photo per anipal so picks your best one.  I puts my favorite one up above for you to see as example if yous aren’t sure.  Please include your name, your twitter name, and a caption you would likes for photo. I will post pictures at the end of every day so you can start seeing what everyone is up to!  Check out the current contestants!

So how do you send in a submission?  Please email me at mysticalmonkeycat@me.com wif picture and other info.  I will also accept link to Flickr page or twitpic page if dat is easier for you.

Soon after submissions close, I will put up a picture wall & a poll and let you start voting on who gets crowned The Most Pawesome Anipal in a Bag(or Box).  The voting will last for one week and will close Noon PST(3PM EST) on June 13th so as to not interferes wif the next pawpawty!

Everyone who places in the Top 8 receives:

Due to the events of last weekend, I wants to dedicate dis contest to Grandma Cat Mouse and Oscar the Cat!  These two tripod cats have crossed over the rainbow bridge and are looking forwards to seeing us all have some fun.  They no wants us to be sad for dem, but they wants us to remember dat life is short and we needs to enjoy our cat selves. So remember dis is all about you guys, having fun, being silly and celebrating life as a kitteh!
